Now into my second year of Project 365, well 366 because 2012 is a leap year after all, I am keeping up the agreement I once made with myself to take a photo each and every day and blog it. I am not too sure if i'll be able to give up this agreement because the outcome of these Project's is simply rewarding.

Day 175 - Faces
I was given a lesson from Olivia in how to draw a face.
Two eyes, a nose and a big smiley face. I just need to teach her to use a variety of colours - not so much green might be good.

Day 160 - A beautiful moment in an unlikely place
Today while waiting at the Doctor's Surgery, I captured what I think is a beautiful moment in time. The girls found pencils and a colouring book while we waited to see the specialist. They both chose a page and coloured in happily together. I just love the look of concentration on their faces and even more so I love the similarities in their faces - I always say that they look nothing alike, but as you can see from today's photo they are really quite alike.

Day 82 - Potato People!
Today while drawing together, Ava drew her first 'Potato people' you know the people that look like potatoes with legs and a little bit of hair if you are lucky! When I asked her who she drew she pointed out that she drew Olivia and Ava. It is very cute and a little exciting. I love watching their drawing development. My plans are to put all their artwork together like a little portfolio of their drawings to see their development over time.
