Now into my second year of Project 365, well 366 because 2012 is a leap year after all, I am keeping up the agreement I once made with myself to take a photo each and every day and blog it. I am not too sure if i'll be able to give up this agreement because the outcome of these Project's is simply rewarding.

Day 132 - Kitchen
Today we had an afternoon play at Teresa's after a busy day. I was up very early to take my dad into have some day surgery, while Teresa - the wonderful friend that she is - looked after my girls. So once we finished at the hospital, we headed straight for Teresa's for a cuddle with my girls, a chat and a cup of tea. It is not often you see a 'real' kettle in a kitchen, certainly not in mine anyway!
Thank you Teresa for looking after the girls today, and for my chat and cup of tea.
To inject a little inspiration into my blog this month, I have decided to play along with the challenge presented on Fat Mum Slim's blog (www.fatmumslim.com.au) and for today the theme was Day 11: Kitchen

Day 98 - An Evening with Friends
Tonight we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Teresa's house with the Duve and Haddock families. It is really nice to get together with such lovely like minded people. The kids big and small seemed to have a wonderful time together. Kaleigh and Ava were particularly friendly with lots of hugs and kisses for each other all night. Olivia and Ava also enjoyed chasing David and Jules around for a little while.
We enjoyed pizza and a delicious Flourless Chocolate Orange cake for dessert. Thanks Teresa for having us all for a delicious dinner - we are all looking forward to the next dinner together.

Day 84 - A day at the beach
Today we went to the beach with Teresa and her girls while Shane and Ian went scuba diving. Ava didn't quite cope with Shane swimming out without her and cried for 15 or so minutes just waiting for her dad. She soon was distracted by some morning tea and a play with her best friends Ella, Kaleigh and Brydie. The girls frolicked in the water, made sand angels, built sand castles and had a wonderful time together. Here they are waiting for their dads to come back to land. What a great way to spend the day.
After the beach and some lunch, we went back to the Coach House Marina where we were staying and watched the march of the hermit crabs across the lagoon which was really amazing to watch.

Day 41 - Friends with fruit
Today Teresa, Kaleigh and Brydie came for a play this morning. The girls played happily together, with a few toilet breaks in between. The girls enjoyed a noodle lunch followed by a banana or an apple while enjoying a few episodes of Peppa Pig.
Thanks for coming and playing girls. We all enjoyed your company.
