Day 277 - Christmas Already!

While out shopping today I went for a wander into David Jones and discovered their Christmas area entirely set up with everything you'd need for Christmas. I know really it shouldn't surprise me considering there are always Christmas items out and about early, but I only really expect a few things here and there, not their entire Christmas display. However, they are always beautifully set up, and sometimes wish I could have one of their trees set up in my house. One day... maybe.

Day 36 - Round and Round we go

Today was marked as an adventure day. With returning to work 4 days a week I am trying to make sure to spend lots of time with the girls doing the fun things. We started out getting the girls new car seats at Kid Essentials this morning and in doing so we discovered we will never take another passenger in our car again, but that is okay with me!

We then hit the shops in hope of me finding some new jeans among other things. As usual we came home with more for the girls than I did for myself. A new dressing gown and slippers for winter, which they demanded they put on for the trip home in the car. But at least I did get my jeans!

We found time to go on the Merry-Go-Round in Civic. Afterwards we left with the promise that we will return for a ride on the Merry-Go-Round, hopefully they'll happily sit on a horse by themselves next time as well.

Day 24 - Impulse shopping at it's best

We went for a little shop today at one of my favourite shopping centres - Macarthur Square. Everytime I am in Sydney at Nerida's we always shop here at least once and I find the most amazing bargains - well I think they are amazing.

Today was no different. I found some very cute and colourful mini colanders. Nerida and I eyed them off as we left the homewares store and returned not long after to purchase a couple. As you can see we put them to wonderful use this afternoon.
