Day 230 - Triple Bath time Fun

Tonight we had a very long and over due catch up with the Agius family. While we were there the three gorgeous kids had a wonderful time in a bubble bath together. It was lovely being able to sit and chat happily together after enjoying a delicious meal together. Really can't wait for the next one - now to just find the time before the newest member of the Agius family joins us.

Day 192 - Friends at Play

Today I enjoyed a group time at the girls daycare centre. I took along the girl's favourite book 'Rhino's Don't Eat Pancakes!' written by Anna Kemp and illustrated by Sara Olgilvie, to read to the toddler room. Both Olivia and Ava were very excited that I was coming to read their story to them and their friends at school. But as soon as I had finished reading the book instead of heading off and playing with me, they just wanted to go home!

We also decided that we'd bring home our little mate Patrick for a play this afternoon. Everyone wanted to come home, 2 kids even got their bags to come along to my place this afternoon, and another told me that I had to put his car seat into my car. The three of them ate afternoon tea and played together happily buying me lots of things from the shop and making me eat and drink them!

Day 154 - Happy Birthday Patrick

Today we had a very exciting day planned for many reasons. Firstly we got to help celebrate Patrick's 3rd birthday. It is amazing how quickly 3 years has passed. Soon they'll be starting school.

Following Patrick's birthday celebrations, we headed out to put a deposit on land out at Googong. We came home and celebrated with some baby chino's and I enjoyed some wine with dinner. I cannot wait to start planning our new home. Hopefully the time passes very quickly.

Day 6 - A well overdue morning with friends

This morning we caught up with Lauren, Kaitlyn, Max, Mel and Patrick for a well overdue playdate. It was the first time the girls have met Max, and as you can see Ava of course was smitten. She loves babies, usually babies are anything smaller than herself, she just wants to play with them, hug them and smother them with kisses.

It was lovely for Kaitlyn, Patrick, Olivia and Ava to all catch up and have a lovely play together, while the three of us had a really good catch up. It has been far too long and I am publicly noting that we will do it more often this year - you can hold me to that Lauren and Mel.
