Now into my second year of Project 365, well 366 because 2012 is a leap year after all, I am keeping up the agreement I once made with myself to take a photo each and every day and blog it. I am not too sure if i'll be able to give up this agreement because the outcome of these Project's is simply rewarding.

Day 128 - Someone Who Inspires Me
The theme for today's photos is Someone Who Inspires Me.
The dictionary meaning of the word inspire is to fill someone with the urge or ability to do or feel something, esp to do something creative.
I took the liberty to edit today's photo a little because there isn't just one person in my life who inspires me more than another and there are people who inspire me who don't appear in today's blog. I will explain - there are always people in our lives that inspire us to try new things, to do better or simply to just be a better person. In their own way each of the people in my photo do just that.
My friends Belinda and Sue as well as Olivia and Ava are an example of people who inspire me.
Belinda inspires me in many ways - with her amazing cooking, creativity, technical suggestions and just general advice in general. It's great to have a friend who has similar interests as I find we often have similar ideas or thoughts.
Sue inspires me with her vivacious energy she always has. She is always willing to help with my mundane sewing or cooking questions and I happily reciprocate with some technical help every now and then. Sue is the definition of inspire: She makes me want to do things more creative - she is the key to me attempting stitching, which is becoming a regular feature in my evenings and spare time.
Olivia and Ava constantly inspire to make the future better for them. How I am doing that, is hard to put into words, but they are the reason I do the things I do.
Thank you to Belinda, Sue, Olivia, Ava and all the other people who inspire me in one way or another.

Day 127 - You
It is rare I like photos of myself, rarer for me to appear on my own blog! Usually I am the one taking the photo - funnily enough I still did take this photo. Today's theme for May is 'You' - so I am happily obliging.
This was me before heading out with the family to Collector for their Pumpkin Festival. It was a lovely day out, although a little windy. We had fun making scarecrows, sampling foods, listening to music and wandering around the stalls. Thanks Morgana, Tony and Isabel for coming along and keeping the girls in line!

Day 126 - Birds
Birds are certainly not my favourite animal and to account for this I rarely spot them nor do I go out purposely looking for them. Today while at Sue's house for some chatting and stitching I kept an ear out for birds (my eyes were too busy on watching the stitching) and finally, I decided to go out and have a look late this afternoon to see if there were any. I found these 2 galahs sitting on the power lines, granted a little hard to tell in this edited photo, but certainly 2 birds in perfect position for a my theme today.

Day 125 - Fun!
Fun comes in many forms for me. It ranges from playing games with the girls, spending time to those close to me and it includes getting to pick new frames for my glasses. I have been meaning to get new glasses for a little while as the current ones I leave some not so pleasant marks on my nose after wearing them. So I went out and picked a couple of new pairs (why not when you can get 2 for 1!) It is really fun trying on the many different pairs of glasses. I tried on a few really fun pairs and a few outrageous pairs which I knew I would never wear. Finally I settled upon a pair for everyday and a pair for sunglasses. I look forward to their arrival.

Day 124 - Something I wore today
Tonight I wore boxing glove while working out at what has become a favourite hang out for me, GetMyBodyBack health and fitness studio. I have been going to work out here for a little while now and have made some wonderful friends, all while getting fitter and healthier. Tonight was no exception - where else can you get your workout without the yelling but with a smile?

Day 123 - Skyline
With a very miserable and cold day, today's Photoaday May theme, skyline, was a little tricky. Yesterday gave us a perfect sunset for this topic. Today's was not so pretty. So I went for a drive after work and took a snapshot of a skyline showing the heavy clouds that hung over us all day. With a little editing with Snapseed and I think I'm happy with today's outcome.

Day 122 - Peace
With some extra inspiration from Belinda, I am completing a mini challenge within my Project 366. With inspiration lacking on some work days, we have decided to complete a Photoaday Challenge for the month of May (click here for more information). Today's topic is Peace. Peace comes in many forms. Since having the girls, peace comes once they are sleeping. I quite liked that Olivia only found peace tonight, once she took her pyjama's off.
